The house is a corner semi-detached dwelling unit and is designed for a multi-generational family of 6 people.

The design capitalizes on its shorter North-South front-back facing and longer West-facing orientation. This design choice allows for larger openings at the front and back to maximize natural light and ventilation, while the West side features smaller openings.

The use of a simple palette of textures, including timber, glass, and black-colored steel, creates a cohesive look that emphasizes the beauty of these materials. The design also incorporates simple geometric forms to further enhance the expression of these materials.
